Kasugai Gardens

1435 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6S7, Canada
Kasugai Gardens is a beautiful Japanese-style garden located in downtown Kamloops, British Columbia. This peaceful garden was built in 1989 as a symbol of friendship between Kamloops and its sister city, Uji, Japan. The name "Kasugai" means "link between cities," representing the strong cultural connection between the two places.
The garden features traditional Japanese landscaping, including a koi pond, stone lanterns, wooden bridges, and carefully placed rocks and plants. Visitors can enjoy the calming atmosphere while walking along the winding paths or sitting by the water. Cherry blossoms in spring and colorful maple leaves in fall make the garden especially beautiful.
Kasugai Gardens is a perfect place for relaxation, meditation, and photography. It is open to the public year-round and free to visit.
