Casa Loma
1 Austin Terrace, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1X8, Canada.
Casa Loma Castle, one of Toronto's top tourist attractions, is located in midtown Toronto. It was first built in 1914 by financier Sir Henry Pellatt.
Now the castle is a treasured heritage landmark owned by the City of Toronto. In January 2014, the city entered a new long-term lease and operating agreement with Liberty Entertainment Group to enhance the tourism and to continue the castle's upgrades.
Today, Casa Loma is one of North America's most enchanting special event venues in Toronto. It plays host to over 250 private functions, weddings and special events annually. Casa Loma Castle attracts more than 350,000 visitors every year.
Casa Loma features permanent installations such as: our Dark Side of Toronto photo exhibit; and Classic Car Collection in Casa Loma’s Stables. Casa Loma also conducts special exhibits on a regular basis, pertaining to early Toronto and Canadian history.
Toronto's Castle is full of secret passages to explore; soaring towers to climb, with views of the cityscape.
Guests can enjoy a casual meal al fresco in the center of Casa Loma's award-winning gardens. The Casa Loma Gift Shop is located on the lower level of the castle at the foot of the stairs.
Casa Loma has five acres of gardens. A tunnel connects Casa Loma to the Hunting Lodge and to the stables.
